Gary Belotzerkovsky is the Chief Enrollment Services and Student Operations Officer for Medforth Global Healthcare Education, where he provides crucial strategic leadership and operational oversight across the organization’s expansive global network. His extensive portfolio of responsibilities spans the entire student lifecycle, including Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Scholarships, Bursar Operations, Clinical Scheduling and Hospital Support, and Student Health Insurance. Recognized for his strategic vision, Gary also holds P&L responsibility for clinical operations, ensuring financial performance, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across Medforth’s diverse healthcare education portfolio.

Prior to his current executive role at Medforth Global Healthcare Education, Gary developed significant expertise during his tenure at St. George’s University (SGU), where he served as both Vice President of Student Operations and University Registrar. In these capacities, he led the university’s clinical education operations, overseeing the complex process of clinical scheduling for third- and fourth-year clerkships, hospital contracting, and regulatory compliance. As University Registrar, he was instrumental in modernizing and automating institutional processes, strengthening audit and compliance functions, and advancing data integrity across all academic programs, demonstrating his commitment to efficiency and transparency in student services and administrative functions.

Gary holds a Doctorate of Education from the University of Southern California and a BA in Psychology from the City University of New York –College of Staten Island.
