Zachary De See

Chief of Staff

Zachary De See is Chief of Staff to the CEO at Medforth Global Education, where he drives and tracks key growth initiatives and large scale transformation programs, ensuring strategic objectives are executed and cross-functional work moves forward. He brings more than 7 years of experience driving finance transformation and strategy, advising both public and high-growth, PE-backed companies.

Prior to joining Medforth, Zachary served as a consultant for CFGI and, prior to that, KPMG, where he led large-scale operating model transformations across Fortune 100 companies, asset managers, and major healthcare providers. Earlier in his career, he was a financial analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), working with Merck in their Project Delivery Services and Manufacturing divisions.

Zachary holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
