As Chief Information, Data and AI Officer for Medforth Global Healthcare Education, Amit Bhagat leads the combined technology organization, bringing information technology, data, and artificial intelligence together under a single strategy. He sets the vision for the core capabilities that run the enterprise, from the systems and infrastructure supporting the student and employee experience to the data and AI that inform how Medforth’s educational institutions operate, serve students, and grow.

Amit brings more than two decades of experience leading enterprise transformation across data, analytics, automation, and AI. He founded and scaled Amitech Solutions, a healthcare data and automation firm acquired by DNS Capital and integrated into Naviant, where he served as Chief Automation and AI Officer. Over that time, he built technology products, ran technology operations, and led enterprise AI and automation programs for health plans and health systems, including data and AI governance, centers of excellence, and strategy and roadmap development, moving AI from pilot to production at enterprise scale.

Amit is a published thought leader and speaker on healthcare AI and serves on the boards of several technology-enabled healthcare businesses. He holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology
